Aaron and Eileen Lawler serve with Operation Mobilization (OM) as part of the TeenStreet International leadership team. Their ministry focuses on developing youth ministries around the world by providing dynamic training, coaching programs, and resources for local leaders. Currently, TeenStreet operates in 43 countries with a goal of expanding to 32 additional nations in the near future. Eileen works directly with new directors, helping them build strong teams and sustainable local ministries. In addition to their work with TeenStreet, Eileen serves on OM's Global Sustainability Team, where she leads two key initiatives: FD|24, which equips ministries to grow in financial development skills and MPD+, which helps individuals and teams develop healthy, sustainable ministry support relationships.
